RTF88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain account security. All transactions conducted through a User's credentials are presumed to have been authorised by the account holder unless reported otherwise.
RTF88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
In the event that a deposit does not reflect in your account balance within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact RTF88 customer support and provide your transaction reference number for investigation. RTF88 will endeavour to resolve all deposit discrepancies within one (1) business day.

Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the name registered on your RTF88 account. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined as a security measure.
RTF88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
RTF88 monitors betting patterns across all accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotions, and hedging bets across accounts. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses forfeited, associated winnings voided, and may face permanent account suspension.

Where no breach is established and the account is closed by mutual agreement, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. RTF88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Where RTF88 is found liable to a User for any cause, RTF88's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
